Many of my projects are completed in partnership with independent jewellers.
Traditional hand engraving often forms one part of a larger commission, and I enjoy working alongside skilled jewellers to help bring their clients' ideas to life.
Whether engraving a newly made ring, restoring a family heirloom, matching existing ornament, or creating a bespoke wedding band, every project is approached with care, respect and close communication.
I am happy to work directly with your client where appropriate, or quietly behind the scenes as part of your workshop.

Designing With
Engraving in Mind
Engraving doesn't always need to be considered at the end of a commission.
I'm happy to become involved while a piece is still being designed, working with you to consider how engraving might relate to its form, proportions, stones and other details.
You don't need to have the engraving resolved before getting in touch. A client's story, an inscription, a stone, a symbol or simply an idea can be enough to begin. From there, we can develop an approach that works with the jewellery you're creating.
The result is engraving that belongs to the piece from the beginning, rather than something added to it afterwards.
Design & Collaboration
Looking for something particular?
Alongside hand engraving, I develop original designs for jewellery.
If something in my work catches your eye, I’m happy to work with you to develop something new — whether around a particular ring, stone, idea or the character of your own collection.
This might be a one-off piece, a repeatable design for your customers, or a small collection developed together.
For jewellers looking for something distinctive to their own business, exclusive design collaborations can also be discussed.

Trade partners are welcome to request engraving sample images to assist clients during the consultation process.
I’m also happy to discuss possibilities for a piece before the design is finalised, including pattern, placement of lettering and how much room an engraving will require.
